JCIS 2005 Registration and Fees

A Paper Publication Fee/Registration Deposit of $180 plus any charges for additional papers or extra pages for all accepted and invited papers is due by 4/30/05 for papers to be included in the conference proceedings. NO EXCEPTIONS unless approved by the conference manager in writing. The publication fee is deductible from the Full Registration, Student Registration-A, and One-Day Registration-A. The balance may be paid up to and on-site at the conference.

  FULL REGISTRATION -- Includes Paper Publication Fee:
Admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, banquet, luncheon, reception, and copy of conference proceedings.


  STUDENT REGISTRATION-A -- Includes Paper Publication Fee:
Admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, banquet, luncheon, reception, and a copy of the conference proceedings, Student registration requires a letter from the student¡¯s department and current student ID.


  STUDENT REGISTRATION-B -- For non-author students or students whose co-author has paid the paper publication fee:
Includes admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, banquet, luncheon, reception, and a copy of the conference proceedings, Student registration requires a letter from the student¡¯s department and current student ID.


  ONE-DAY REGISTRATION-A -- Includes Paper Publication Fee:
Admission to all sessions; coffee breaks; and banquet, luncheon, or reception that occur on day of attendance. Includes a copy of the conference proceedings.


  ONE-DAY REGISTRATION-B -- For non-authors:
Admission to all sessions; coffee breaks; and banquet, luncheon, or reception that occur on day of attendance. Includes a copy of the conference proceedings.


  EXTRA CHARGES:
There is a $50 fee per each additional page over the 4-page maximum and a $100 charge for each additional 4-page summary.


  BANQUET, LUNCHEON, RECEPTION:
Guest tickets are available as follows: Banquet: $35, Luncheon, $15, Opening Reception: $10. Fees should be paid on site at the conference.


  REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be made prior to July 1, 2005. A handling fee of $50 or 20% of the amount requested, whichever is larger, will be deducted for each request.
