FULL REGISTRATION-A -- Includes Paper Publication Fee:
In celebration of the establishment of CIEF society, Full Registration-A includes one-year CIEF Society Membership, one-year individual subscription to Journal of New Mathematics and Natural Computation, admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, banquet, luncheon, reception, and copy of conference proceedings.
FULL REGISTRATION-B -- Includes Paper Publication Fee:
Admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, banquet, luncheon, reception, and copy of conference proceedings.
STUDENT REGISTRATION -- Includes Paper Publication Fee:
Admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, banquet, luncheon, reception, and a copy of the conference proceedings, Student registration requires a letter from the student¡¯s department and current student ID.
ONE-DAY REGISTRATION-A -- Includes Paper Publication Fee:
Admission to all sessions; coffee breaks; and banquet, luncheon, or reception that occurs on day of attendance. Includes a copy of the conference proceedings.
ONE-DAY REGISTRATION-B -- For non-authors:
Admission to all sessions; coffee breaks; and banquet, luncheon, or reception that occurs on day of attendance. Includes a copy of the conference proceedings.
EXTRA CHARGES:
There is a $50 fee per each additional page over the 4-page maximum and a $100 charge for each additional 4-page summary.
BANQUET, LUNCHEON, RECEPTION:
Guest tickets are available as follows: Banquet: $50, Luncheon, $35, Opening Reception: $20. Fees should be paid on site at the conference.
REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be made prior to Sep. 15, 2006. A handling fee of $50 or 20% of the amount requested, whichever is larger, will be deducted for each request.
