Special Session: Poster Session

Call For Paper

You are invited to submit a poster to the 7th Atlantic Symposium on Computational Biology & Genome Informatics (CBGI 2007).
Posters describing ongoing research in computational biology and applications of standard software to bioinformatics datasets are welcomed. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
1. Modeling & engineering cellular network
2. Genomic pattern analysis
3. Data visualizations
4. Structure biology & comparative genomics
5. Synthetic & systems biology
6. Biomolecular functional information
7. Genetically modified systems and analysis
8. Mathematical adaptive systems for bioinformatics
9. Mutable Fuzzy logic networks for biological systems
10. DNA computers
11. DNA sensory networks
12. From bacterial & biochemical systems to neural systems
13. Applications of feedback control to biological systems
14. Game theory & learning theory for biology
15. Evolution & synthetic biology
16. Evolution dynamics
17. Signaling & communication for biology
*Space is limited to 20 posters.
*An abstract of no more than 250 words should be submitted before the deadline. The abstract should clearly state the target problem, the research approach as well the current results and analysis. The deadline for submission is 6/25/2006.
*At least one of the poster authors must be present at the conference.
*Accepted posters will be published in the conference proceedings CD.
*The Best Poster will be selected by the Poster Committee and announced at the awards ceremony.

Invited Papers Due: 6/10/2007

Final Camera-Ready Papers Due: 6/10/2007
