CIEF 2007
6th International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Economics & Finance
Special Session: Security of Intelligent Agents
CIEF 2007 Call For Paper
Intelligent agents, such as mobile agents, multi-agent systems, adaptive agents, etc, are considered feasible in varied information systems, which includes E-Commerce, mobile commerce (mCommerce), peer-to-peer (P2P) network, complex adaptive systems (CAS) and distributed systems. Intelligent agents may popularize the Internet, both wired and wireless, by giving people greater access to it with less effort. However, security is an increasingly concerned issue for these agent-based information systems; agents and agent-based systems are vulnerable to potential threats from malicious behaviors. This special session will focus on security issues of intelligent agents, which include aspects on architectures and computations; its goal is to discuss varied ways to achieve secure agent-based environment.
Topics: 1. Security and trust for intelligent agents 2. Security Mechanism for intelligent-based system 3. Simulation of agent-based system 4. Agent authentication and non-repudiation transactions 5. Secure P2P transactions 6. Security for complex adaptive system 7. Agent-based E-Commerce/M-Commerce security 8. PKI and Intelligent agents 9. Security for agent communications and/or coordination 10. Security protocols, methodologies, architectures and policies 11. Security for agent-based distributed system 12. Applications of intelligent agents to information security 13. Applications of secure intelligent agents
