Marrying a Ukrainian woman: the stories of success
Anna from Kherson met Robert from Australia through one of the Christian dating sites. “The Internet is full of men who just want some fun,” Anna shares. “I decided that Christian men are a better option as they have stronger moral principles and are family-oriented”. Her theory appeared to be correct, and she met Robert online in just a few days. He was very serious in his search, never vulgar, and extremely attentive and caring. “I was delighted by our correspondence with Anna,” Robert says. “She was such a devoted believer and I was absolutely sure she didn’t play games. I knew she had no other admirers of skeletons in her closet. It’s important to know when you want to eventually get married! Our interests were very similar too, and we seemed to have chemistry from the very beginning.”

Robert came to see Anna after 3 months of corresponding and messaging. Anna spoke English fairly good. “She looked even better than on her photos. Her eyes were shining of joy and sincerity. I realized I had to catch the moment and marry her immediately.”
But reality isn’t very gentle sometimes: getting Australian “Prospective Marriage Visa” was a torture. Even more for Robert than for Anna because the Australian government wanted him to confirm he had a sufficient amount of money on his bank accounts for sponsoring Anna and her teenage daughter for the first year in Australia. At that moment, his yearly income was a little less than requested. His house was also a bit smaller than required for 3 persons. After putting some thought in this situation, Robert and Anna decided to get married in Ukraine first. So they did it and later just approved their marriage in Australia. They are living happily since, Anna is helping Robert with his business and her daughter goes to the Australian school. Robert says he couldn’t expect anything better than this marriage.
Update 28.11.19 How to marry a Ukrainian girl as soon as possible
Tatyana worked as a model in Kiev. She was quite successful and self-sufficient and paid for her two educations by herself: a psychologist and a lawyer. She already started to work as a junior attorney combining this new career with modeling. David from New-York was a famous and respected lawyer who lived a life of millionaire. But he didn’t want a brainless Barbie doll. His first wife was extremely smart and professionally successful so he wished to see the same qualities in his new woman. Tatyana impressed him from the first letter and then from the first meeting. She had a class and she was healthily proud of herself. They quickly found a common ground and started to discuss David’s most interesting cases. Tatyana would need to study 10 more years in USA in order to work as a lawyer there, but they decided she can practice as a psychologist instead. Their intellects matched as perfectly as their hearts and later bodies. David arranged a work visa for Tatyana but when she was with him in New-York, he quickly understood that he couldn’t resist anymore. In 8 months, they got married and had the most luxurious wedding. Tatyana’s parents attended too.
Right now she’s a loving wife and a mother of their newborn baby. Tatyana is planning to update her diploma of a psychologist and start practicing as soon as possible. It’s very typical for Ukrainian women to be multi-tasking and keep themselves busy, not forgetting about the husband though. “The atmosphere in the house changed a lot,” shares David. “It finally turned into a home. My first wife was fanatically career-oriented, just like me, so we lived in a kind of museum never seeing it really cozy. Tatyana is balancing her home duties and professional aspirations so wisely, and with a big grace.”
There are much more success stories about Ukrainian women and foreign men but we hope you’re inspired by these ones. Good luck in your search!
